Georgetown is continuously improving its efforts to reduce the impacts of campus activities on the environment. As stewards of the environment, all members of the University community including the faculty, students, and staff are involved in this effort. Georgetown EH&S supports this effort by providing support to established programs and assisting in the implementation of new programs to achieve institutional environmental goals.
** Idling is prohibited for more than three (3) minutes while the vehicle is parked, stopped or standing on all Georgetown University Campuses. (ref: 20 DCMR 900)
