Department of Chemistry Safety Committee
The Department of Chemistry Safety Committee includes Faculty as well as Georgetown Environmental Health & Safety. This committee provides guidance and administrative oversight of environmental health and safety issues associated with research activities. Through consideration of laboratory safety issues provided by the Joint Safety Team and researchers throughout campus, the Committee develops policies to reduce risks that are associated with laboratory
operations.
